All our metal chimes are made by a single family in the town of Behat in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, India. They work out of an old, converted house which is now their workshop in the remote village. Everyone in the family contributes to the making of the chimes, from shaping the scrap metal, to washing, cutting, painting and embellishing with bells, ribbon and wire.
